Our deliveries are either sent out via Royal Mail (for smaller items) or via our next working day courier (City Link).
We take great care to ensure that all parcels leaving us are wrapped carefully with enough packaging, tapes and labels so that your product reaches you in tip-top condition.
Should any delivery have any issues that you receive from us please contact us straight away via email on problems@smellies.net and we will endeavour to resolve the issues for you.
Deliveries will normally be dispatched just after you have placed the order with us - our average is within 3 business days. Some other items may well be on order with our suppliers and these will take a bit longer.
International Deliveries - you are welcome to order with us if you are not based in the United Kingdom. We have our postage rates quoted on the website but it is difficult for us to give you accurate prices for international shipments as they are more based on weight and dependent on where in the world you are living. We may contact you regarding the cost of postage if you have not paid enough for the items - we may offer you the opportunity to cancel the order if you are not wanting to proceed based on the quotation given to you for the postage charges.
Larger quantities that you order from us may also be on a longer lead time than we would like - however, they are worth the wait. A lot of our supplier handmake items to order and this explains some of the lead times for you.
